- All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
- Payments must be made in full to access courses.
- ADA reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
3. Refund Policy
- All course purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- In case of technical issues, we will provide support or alternative access.
4. Intellectual Property
- All course content (videos, materials, documents) is the property of ADA.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
5. Certification
- Certificates are awarded only after successful completion of course requirements.
- ADA reserves the right to withhold certification in case of misuse or non-compliance.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse course content
- Share login credentials
- Engage in unlawful or abusive behavior
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Limitation of Liability
ADA is not responsible for:
- Business outcomes or earnings after course completion
- Any loss resulting from the use of course content
Courses are for educational purposes only.
8. Changes to Courses
We may update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time to improve quality.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat.
